RowUI was founded in 2019 with the ambition of designing spaces that balance beauty, purpose, and precision. From the very beginning, the studio rejected the idea of treating architecture as a collection of trends. Instead, every project would be approached as a timeless piece of design that could remain relevant for decades.

The first commissions were modest in scale, but they established the philosophy that continues to define the studio today. Every drawing, every material selection, and every construction detail received the same level of attention regardless of project size. Those early projects shaped our reputation for thoughtful design, technical accuracy, and an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship.

Long before the studio grew, a set of guiding principles was established.

Design should always solve a problem before making a statement. Materials should be chosen for longevity rather than appearance alone. Buildings should respect their surroundings instead of competing with them. Clients should understand every decision throughout the design journey.

These principles became the foundation of every project and remain unchanged today.

During our first years, the studio focused primarily on private residences and boutique commercial spaces. Working closely with homeowners, developers, and local consultants allowed us to refine a collaborative design process that emphasised listening before drawing.

Rather than pursuing rapid growth, the studio invested its energy into developing repeatable systems, improving documentation standards, and creating a library of architectural details that could raise the quality of every future project. Every completed project became an opportunity to improve the next.

As the studio continued to grow, our expertise expanded beyond architecture. Alongside our architectural practice, we successfully operated a dedicated digital design and web development business, partnering with startups, established companies, and global brands to create websites, digital products, and user experiences. Although the industries were different, both practices shared the same commitment to thoughtful design, attention to detail, and solving complex problems through creativity.

Over time, both architecture and digital design evolved into thriving businesses with their own clients, teams, and long-term ambitions. As each discipline matured, it became increasingly clear that they deserved their own identity, leadership, and direction rather than continuing under a single brand.

To support that growth, we made the strategic decision to separate our digital design and web development practice into an independent company operating under its own name. This transition allows that business to continue serving its clients with complete focus while pursuing its own vision and future.

Today, Row UI is exclusively an architectural studio. Every member of our team is dedicated to residential architecture, luxury villas, interior architecture, landscape design, and creating timeless spaces that improve the way people live. While our digital design company now operates independently, the creativity, innovation, and design thinking developed during those years remain part of our heritage and continue to influence every architectural project we undertake.

As our experience grew, so did our understanding of architecture. We realised that exceptional buildings cannot exist without carefully designed interiors, thoughtfully planned landscapes, and a seamless relationship between every space.

This led the studio to expand into Interior Architecture, Furniture and Fixture Design, Landscape Design, Exterior Lighting Design, Material Specification, and Construction Coordination. Instead of offering disconnected services, we developed an integrated design process where every discipline works together from the earliest stages of a project.

Architecture evolves, and so do we. The studio continuously invests in research, digital workflows, and emerging technologies that improve both design quality and project delivery.

Today our process combines traditional architectural thinking with modern tools including Building Information Modeling, parametric design, environmental analysis, virtual reality walkthroughs, photorealistic visualization, and digital collaboration platforms. Technology never replaces creativity, but it allows creativity to be executed with greater precision.

As our portfolio expanded, opportunities began arriving from clients beyond our local region. Projects in different climates, cultures, and construction environments challenged us to adapt while maintaining consistent quality.

Collaborating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and specialists around the world strengthened our understanding of international building standards and construction practices. Today the studio works with a global network of professionals while preserving the personal attention of a boutique practice.
