Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using row-ui.lovable.app (the "Site") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Formal architectural services are additionally governed by a separate signed letter of engagement.

2. Nature of information on the Site

Content on the Site — including project descriptions, essays, service outlines and pricing tiers — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a professional recommendation for a specific project and does not create a client relationship.

A client relationship with ROW UI is formed only through a signed letter of engagement.

3. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, drawings, plans and other content on the Site are the property of ROW UI or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

4. Third-party imagery

Certain images on the Site are licensed from third-party sources such as Pexels, and are used under their respective licence terms. Where a project image originates from a specific ROW UI project, it is used with client consent under the terms of the relevant engagement.

5. Enquiries and preliminary discussions

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not constitute a commitment by ROW UI to accept a commission. We accept a limited number of new commissions each year and will respond to enquiries on that basis.

Information you submit in preliminary discussions is treated in confidence but does not, on its own, create a formal advisory relationship.

6. Pricing and estimates

Any indicative pricing on the Site — including the Discovery, Blueprint and Elite tiers — is illustrative. Final fees for a specific project are set out in a signed letter of engagement based on the project's scope, complexity and location.

7. Third-party services and contractors

ROW UI regularly coordinates with third-party consultants and contractors, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, general contractors and specialist ateliers. Their services are governed by their own contractual terms, and ROW UI is not liable for their independent acts or omissions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROW UI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any content on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

10. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ROW UI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any linked site. Links are provided for convenience only.

11. Confidentiality of client work

Client project details, identities and locations are held under confidentiality by default. Case studies on the Site are published only with the express written consent of the relevant client and may be anonymised.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
