Rowui is an architecture and design studio that considers the building, its interiors, its exterior expression and its surrounding landscape as parts of one continuous design.
Most projects separate these disciplines. The result is architecture that does not quite connect with its interiors, facades that feel unrelated to the landscape, and spaces that work individually but not as a whole.
Rowui works differently. Whether a project begins with a full brief or a single idea, the design process holds all of these elements together from the start.

What we design
Rowui works across a connected range of disciplines. Each can be commissioned independently or brought together within a single project.
Architecture
Buildings designed with consideration for site, function, light, proportion and the experience of the people who use them. Residential, commercial and hospitality.
Interior Architecture
Spaces planned and detailed to support how people actually inhabit them. Materials, light, furniture and atmosphere developed as part of the architectural idea.
Exterior Architecture
Facades, entrances, terraces, balconies and boundary conditions resolved with the same rigour as the interior. The exterior is the architecture.
Landscape Design
Gardens, courtyards, pools, outdoor rooms and the spaces between building and boundary. Designed as part of the composition, not after it.
Architectural Visualization
Exterior views, interior views, aerial perspectives and walkthroughs that allow clients to understand the proposed architecture clearly before construction begins.
Planning and Technical Documentation
Floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and construction documentation that translate design decisions into buildable information.

When a building is designed without its interiors, the rooms feel like afterthoughts. When interiors are specified without the facade in mind, inside and outside feel disconnected. When landscape is treated as a finishing detail, the relationship between building and ground is never quite resolved.
Rowui brings these disciplines together early, where it matters most. The result is architecture that feels coherent from arrival to every interior room. Not because every element matches, but because every decision has been made in relation to the others.
This does not mean every project requires every discipline. It means that wherever the project begins, the design process considers the whole environment.

Every project begins with the site, the brief, the context, the climate and the ambitions of the client. This understanding shapes every decision that follows.

Concept
The initial architectural direction is established through planning, spatial studies, orientation, massing and character. Major decisions are made here, where they cost the least to change.

Design Development
Architecture, interiors, exterior expression, materials, lighting and landscape are developed together. This is where the design becomes specific.

Documentation
Plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and technical information are prepared to support construction, translating design into buildable information.

Every decision has a reason.
Good architecture is not about excess. It is about precision. Every decision, from the orientation of a building on its site to the material of a door handle, should have a clear reason behind it. The buildings and spaces that feel right are rarely the ones that try the hardest.
