Our blueprinting service delivers a 500-page construction manual that leaves no detail to the site. Every reveal, every substrate, every fixing type is drawn, dimensioned, and cross-referenced against the structural, mechanical, and electrical sets.
This front-loaded rigour is what separates a house that builds smoothly from one that generates change-orders. The drawings are the contract, and we take that contract seriously.
Integrated coordination across disciplines
We run architectural, structural, MEP, AV, and joinery packages in a single BIM environment. Clashes are resolved in the model — not on scaffolding — and the tender package we issue is genuinely biddable across contractors in any market we work in.
Every drawing is signed by a principal. Nothing leaves the studio without a second-set review by a director outside the project team.
