We do not hand off interiors to a second studio. The switch plates, the reveal shadows, the stone joint pattern, and the joinery push-latches are drawn on the same set of pages as the roof.
The reward is a residence where every element is native to its context. Nothing looks retrofitted, because nothing is.
FF&E as architectural specification
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment is sourced under the same discipline as the building itself: mocked up, sampled at 1:1, and specified in a full FF&E schedule that reads like a construction drawing.
This lets a client move in on day one to a home that is complete — not a shell waiting for a decorator's next visit.

Direct relationships with Italian, Japanese, and Levantine ateliers.
Phase 04
Install & styling
On-site installation supervision and final styling.
