Smart Home Integration
Concealed lighting, climate, security, and AV controls specified into the architecture — no visible speakers, no visible thermostats, no visible sensors.

The vacuum principle
The best smart home is the one you cannot see. Every switch, sensor, and screen is either fully concealed or so thoroughly integrated into the architecture that a guest never registers it.
This is only achievable when AV joins the drawing set at concept stage. We insist on it, because the alternative — bolt-on technology added after the walls are built — ages a residence faster than anything else in it.
Twenty-year technology, not eighteen-month gadgets
We select platforms with a decade-plus support commitment, standardised protocols (KNX, Crestron, DALI), and hardware that can be upgraded without breaking the ceiling. The residence remains contemporary long after any specific device is retired.
This is the deepest form of future-proofing we can deliver: an architecture that welcomes the next generation of technology without needing to be rebuilt around it.

- 02Invisible in-wall speakers and AV integration
- 03Climate, security, and shading in a single BMS
