Urban Planning & Masterplans

Neighbourhood-scale masterplans focused on walkability, generous public realm, and biophilic corridors — RowUI's answer to the failure of automotive-first urbanism.

Urban Planning & Masterplans

The city is a set of streets, not buildings

We plan neighbourhoods from the pavement up. The width of a footpath, the shade of a canopy tree, the shelter of a colonnade — these decide whether a place is inhabited or merely built.

Buildings follow the streets we plan, not the other way around. This is a slower, more disciplined form of urbanism, and it produces places that last.

Green infrastructure as primary infrastructure

Every RowUI masterplan is measured against biophilic thresholds: canopy cover above 40 percent, permeable surface above 50 percent, native planting above 70 percent of the horticultural budget.

These are not amenities — they are the primary infrastructure of a healthy neighbourhood, ranked alongside water, power, and mobility.

What we deliver

A defined scope, priced up front.

The process

Phase 01

Phase 02

Framework plan

Streets, blocks, and public realm defined before architecture.

Phase 03

Design code

Phase 04

Phasing
